What happens after you submit

• We acknowledge your request within 10 business days and complete verified requests within 45 days.
• Suppression is ongoing — we maintain it even against later re-ingestion of the same record, unless you ask us to lift it.
• We may request limited verification only to confirm your identity and find the right records; we use it only for that and delete it when the request is closed.
• Requests are free, and we will never require you to create an account, subscribe, or pay.

What we can and can't do

• We can suppress and remove your information from TrustScore.
• We cannot delete or change the underlying public records held by courts, agencies, or other companies, and suppression here does not remove your information from other websites or from our upstream data providers. On request we'll identify the upstream provider so you can also submit a request to them.

California residents (Delete Act / DROP)

• You may submit one deletion directive to all registered data brokers through the state's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform (DROP), operated by the California Privacy Protection Agency. We process matching directives on the schedule the Delete Act requires.

Protected persons & minors

• If you are covered by Daniel's Law or a comparable address-confidentiality or judicial-privacy program, choose “Protected person removal” above — we process these on the expedited statutory timeline and apply permanent suppression.
• TrustScore does not knowingly display information about anyone under 18. If a minor's information appears, tell us and we will remove it promptly.
